Use of this service requires that the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) collect personally identifiable information. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone outside of MTA or anyone not directly involved in providing the e-mail news and notification service.

The Maryland Public Information Act (MPIA) allows public access to State government records. MTA is subject to this Act. Information provided by you shall be protected and not provided to anyone who makes a MPIA request for our subscription data.

While MTA provides this service free of charge, there may be a charge to receive e-mail messages to your mobile phone, pager, PDA, or personal computer, depending on your Internet access and service plan. Please speak with your service provider for more information on any possible charges.
